Swing gate underground motor for residential, industrial or multi-residence electric gates. It is ideal for the new gate automation, existing gate automation replacement, or upgrade. The Sub R is a hydraulic underground swing gate motor for intensive usage. It can operate gates up to 1.8 m. length and 800 Kg. weight. Two by-pass valves allow adjusting the pushing force with extreme precision, which limits close impact hazards. Because the underground motor is located in a foundation box underground, the motor gives the most visually pleasing appearance.
